  Nash family owned farms on Canvey Island, close to South Benfleet Gravestone Daniel NASH 1760 St Mary the Virgin South Benfleet Essex Situated against the East transept wall. There were 4 in a row, coffin shaped, all NASH. Sacred to the memory of Daniel NASH 40 years resident in the parish who departed this life 29th April 1832 age 72 years, also Ann NASH wife of the above who departed this life 25th May 1850 aged 80 years.
