  • Notes 
    • Was a member of Leislers Council until March 20, 1691 when Col. Sloughter(English) had them all jailed for treason. Leisler was executed but Vermilye was freed after seventeen months imprisonment by Gov. Fletcher upon his arrival and was pardoned by the King 2/20/1693.
