  Likely Probate, would want to confirm with death certifiate for death date but these locations are so close this is almost certainly correct. Bourton Mary. Personal Estate £30 3s. 3d. 2 December. Administratoin of the Personal Estate of Mary Bourton late of kilmington in the County of Somerset Widow who died 29 July 1891 at Kilmington was granted at the Principal Registry to Alfred Talbot Dearman of 300 High - Holborn in the County of Middlesex Warehouse Keeper the Nephew and one of the Next of Kin. Alfred Talbot Dearman was born 1843 son of James Dearman and Ann Talbot (b.1811 Wiltshire) who married 15 Aug 1830 St Pancras. Not sure how this makes him a nephew since neither of his parents surnames match either Bourton or Heridge.
