  According to 1841 census born in Surrey Can't find in 1861 census Also living with her in 1891 & 1901 is Edith Constance Bradbury born 1881 in Barnet, Hertfordshire her "Great" niece (probally Grand Niece) - in 1881 census she is 3 months old and a "Boarder" in London with 2 other young children who are also "Boarders" none of whom seem related and the head and wife do not seem to be related either...
