Loving husband of Anne Thureson of Parry Sound. Dear father of Steen and his wife Giselle; Anne Thureson and her husband Phil Greason; June and her husband Joe Dale; Yvonne McGlashen; Greg and his wife Debbie; Lee and her husband Robert White; Wendy and her husband John Noble. Loving Papa of Crystal Julie and David; Kim and Lori; Brendan and Tracy; Joanne Chris and Dana; Hannah and Chantal; Skye and Dane; Adrien and Daniel. Lovingly remembered by his great grandchildren. Dear brother of the late Borg Gudrun and Eric. Fondly remembered by his other relatives and many friends. Resting at the Logan Funeral Home 81 James Street Parry Sound (746-5855) where the family will receive visitors on Sunday May 2nd from 2:00 - 4:00 & 7:00 - 9:00 P.M. Ontario, is living in Adolphustown with Mary 37, Jessy 14, Stephen 10, and John age 8. 1901 Census - Tobias, Mary and John all living in Belleville. Mary Elizabeth (Roblin) Carr died 1923. John, age 42, is listed in the 1861 Sophiasburg Census with Elizabeth, age 42, Leander, age 22, John W. age 20, Jacob L (?) age 17, Edward M., age 11, Helen A., age 7, and George H., age 3. In 1871 John, age 51 is living in Hallowell with Elizabeth, age 52, Edward 21, George 13 and Helen, age 17. In 1881 John age 60, is living in Brighton with Elizabeth, age 62 and George, age 22. In 1891 John, age 71 is living in Brighton Twp with Elizabeth, age 75 and George, age 32 and wife Myra, age 26. Elizabeth died Dec 9, 1897; John died Dec 28, 1897, both in Brighton Twp.
