Nathaniel "Nathan" Miller Roblin (Jacob3, Owen2,Owen1) son of Jacob Roblin and Sarah Vandusen was born Sept 7, 1817 in Adolphustown. Nathan married 1) Sarah Scott who died before 1850 and 2) Abigail Van Cott, daughter of Peter Van Cott and Amelia Lawrence. Abigail was born about 1821 in Shannonville, Hastings County.

1851 Census - Nathan, and brothers Philip and Stephen are living in Tyendinaga. 1861 Census - Nathan 44, is living in Tyendinaga with Abigail 40, Emily 12, Sarah 11, and Ann 7. 1871 Census - Nathan 54 living in Tyendinaga 1881 Census - Abby 54 living in Tyendinaga with Milla 24.

It would appear that Sarah would be the mother of Emily and Sarah.

Nathan died March 11, 1881. Abigail died May 20, 1887.
