  Settled finally in Picton Joseph R. Roblin (Stephen3, Owen2, Owen1) son of Stephen Roblin and Amy Allison was born about 1829 in Adolphustown. About 1851, Joseph married Rachel Louise Reynolds, daughter of Isaac and Sarah Reynold. Rachel was born May 21, 1830 in Marysburg. 1851 Census - Joseph, 23, is living in Adolphustown with Rachel 22 and his parents. Joseph died between 1858 and 1861. 1861 Census - R.L. Roblin 31 is living in Marysburgh with George Fred 9, John Stanley 8, Henry Ryerson 6, Joseph Robert 4 and Stephen Herbert 3. 1871 Census - Rachel, 40, is living in Hallowell with Frederick 19, Stanley 17, Henry 15, Joseph 14, and Roblert 12. Living next door is Isaac, 77, and Sarah, 66, Reynolds. 1881 Census - Rachel, 50, is living in Hallowel with son George and his wife Cynthia and John and Mary Lovell. 1901 Census - Rachel is living in Picton with Fred and Cynthia.
