  Publication: Taunton Courier, and Western Advertiser Publication date: Wednesday 05 April 1854 Article text: "Charlotte Emblin (30) was indicted for the wilful murder of Emma Jane Emblin, at Stoke St. Michael. Mr. Phinn prosecuted; Mr. C. Saunders defended.
