      This is the last will and testament of me, Betty Purnell of Hallatrow with in the parish of High Littleton in the county of Somerset, spinster. Wher eas I am entitled to the mines veins and seams of coal ore, minerals and m etals in and under all the piece of meadow or pasture ground variously cal led or known by the name of Rowdens Grip containing by estimation four acr es and a half (more or less) situate lying and being in the parish of Paul ton in the said county of Somerset * * said piece of ground was sometime s ince known * to Rowdens
