    Will:
Difficult to read, here are some of the points I was able to pull out:

"Pay to my wife Elizabeth Brabdury the sum of one pound sterling weekly and every week during the remainder of her life". Goes on to talk about investments and then about his younger children and them reaching the age of 21 and how they will get "equal shares and proportions and the issue of any of them".

The next part is hard to make out but it seems to indicate that the properties and investments will be held until the youngest of his children reaches 21 and at that time they are to be distributed. It goes on to talk about issue of his children and them being included as well.

The trusties are able to use his money to maintain his properties and can give is wife any moneys they see fit until his youngest reaches the age of 21. They will also fund the education and maintenance for any profession or employment for the children.

Talks further about investment guidance for the estate (until the youngest reaches 21) and about maintaining the properties owned by the estate.

Mentions that Edward John Bradbury and Herbert George Bradbury be guardians of "my infant Arthur"

    Residence:
    19th Century Developments at Balham

Similar residential developments were extending the bounds of Balham where new roads were taking shape, notably Balham New Road, where the Loat family, who owned a local building firm, was putting up small cheap properties.

From the early 1820s larger and more expensive types of property began appearing along Balham High Road south of Bedford Hill Road. Richardson Borradaile, a speculative builder constructed Bedford Hill House, a substantial property built on land previously part of Covey's Farm.

At a later date Richardson Borradaile was to lie out the carriageway to Bedford Hill House as a thoroughfare in anticipation of future house building. However, this was slow to materialise, and it was not until the 1870s before the road saw any substantial building. On completion, in 1891, it was renamed as Bedford Hill.

Large mansions such as Furzedown House, Streatham Lodge and Bedford Hill House had gradually replaced the old farming estates. Agricultural land not taken up for building or parkland was being used for market gardening or dairy farming. Produce from these concerns found ready markets in London as well as supplying local demands. Nevertheless, such was the loss of local farmland, by 1840 only 720 acres of arable land remained within the parish.

    1851 & 1861 Censuses

London Commercial and General Directory for 1852 by F. W. Watkins:
"Bradbury, Greatorex & Beall, warehousemen, 6 Aldermanbury and 4 Dyer's Court, Aldermanbury"

There were several silk and woollen manufacturers and dealers in King Street, Cheapside, but not this company. They must have moved.
There was also John Bradbury & Co, wool brokers, 17 Basinghall Street. May be different, or he may have had another company as well.
The alphabetical directory also lists Jeremiah Greatorex and William Beall (both listed as of Bradbury, Greatorex and Beall) as warehousemen with the same Aldermanbury addresses.
The 6 Aldermanbury address in the 1851 census has 37men described as (looks like) "Silk and woollen warehousemen" and 6 others, presumably servants.

    Will:
Year of will is hard to make out, it is 186? but it looks to be 1863. This would be weeks after Augustus' death which would be a reasonable time to rewrite his will and would explain the great detail that goes into explaining the care for Augustus' widow.

Hard to read all of it, but these are the points I've extracted:

To Mary his wife, all pictures, prints, household goods, wines, liquors, provisions, chattel and effects whatsoever other than money and securities for money.

For my son Edward, sons in law William Leaf and John Kinnersley Hooper the sum of thirty thousand pounds.

Instructions for investment follow, instructing investment in government bonds/stocks from England, Wales, Great Britan, the East India Company, any Railway Company, Gas or Water Company in Great Britain that would pay a dividend. Mentions protection from liability.

Mentions his partnerships in the warehouse business.

Becomes hard to read again but there is a mention of Ellen Bradbury his sister?? (could be the wife and widow of Augustus) and something about payments of 20 pounds.

He then goes on to mention something about properties and then gets into mentioning his two sons Edward and John, his two daughters Emma and Marion and the widow of his late son Augustus. This is the first indication that John might be alive but somehow largely excluded from the will. It goes on to talk about the income from investments and the widow Ellen and providing for her from those funds. Further mentions of Ellen comments about "one fifth" mortgages, securities etc. It then goes on to talk about the son(s) or daughter(s) of the late Augustus reaching the age of 21 or having married will do something with the "one fifth" that Ellen had. "Share and share alike" is used. (a couple of pages are devoted to the widow Ellen and her children).

There is then further mention of his son John and the (remaining?) one fifth share that is clearly mentioned as his (this would make sense since there is a division by 5 and that would indicate that John was still alive). It is hard to read but after many readings it seems to refer to the fact that his son John may die in his lifetime and if that were to happen that "said share (1/5) of my estate shall be retained and applied for by" (the three executors). So it appears that John was not expected to survive and hence was not named as one of the executators and is included in this manor. It further makes comments about the widow of John "if she should survive" this could mean he was married or could be a provision in the event he was married as no widow is named. It goes on to talk about Augustus again and the fifth share seeming to indicate that the same rules apply if John were to have a widow.

Then talks about if Edward were to die and leave a widow, much of the same here as to be expected.

It gives further instructions to deal with if he is still a partner in the business or has retired near the end.

Death date seems to conflict with Amelia's child with Thomas Wood

    Christened:
England, Select Births and Christenings, 1538-1975 - Ancestry.ca

This Baptism is picked based on the unusual location of his death. There is no indication that the family moved to this area for any period of time, no children born there so why did he die there and why was his death announced in the local paper? I'm going on the assumption that he went "home" to die.
