On the IGI (online) - Sarah Ann MAJOR, christened 6/6/1851, Folkestone daughter of Henry Spearpoint MAJOR and Ann.

Advised by Irene Saunders that the S. is Spearpoint, as suspected.

I therefore consider it likely that the Jane Elizabeth Hall marriage in 1880 (see below) was probably to the 1856 Henry Spearpoint and that the 1893 Henry Spearpoint is their son.
